Our Ashland, US, Division are thrilled to announce the launch of a new initiative - Truly Excellent Customer Care (TECC).
This new initiative will leverage and improve the job we do in taking care of our customer’s needs. We have developed a robust culture around providing unsurpassed customer care. Among the many areas to be focused on, will be superior communication, product management, quality and on-time delivery.
As we continue to strive to provide outstanding customer care, our focus will remain on meeting all of customers’ needs and keeping working proactively with foresight to meet their requirements.
