Between 20 and 30 percent of our annual sales are made with products that are less than 3 years old, with more than 10 percent of our workforce dedicated to product and process development. It is this driving force that enables us to offer a very fast turn-around service for "proof of concept" prototyping.
Development also plays a vital part in our operations. We have developed a bespoke range of sintered metal fibre media, utilising 316L, Hastelloy®, Fecralloy® and other exotic alloys. Our Sinterflo® media are characterised by having higher strength and dirt holding capacity than other materials, making them particularly suitable for such applications as polymer melt filtration.
Our i-Vyon® porous polymeric materials have been developed by modification of the surface properties to become permanently hydrophilic or hydrophobic over a wide range of chemical and physical properties. These are particularly suitable for applications involving fluid transfer, filtration and chemical separation in the bioscience markets.
