Reporting to the Operations Director, this person will lead the delivery of manufacturing excellence and sustain the necessary performance in quality, cost, delivery and safety through the development and motivation of people, the effective introduction and use of manufacturing resources and the implementation of appropriate planning and control systems.

 

The ideal candidate will have either an HND or degree in Mechanical Engineering. They will have a proven ability to lead people and manage a high variety/low volume supply chain.

 

Experience within the aerospace inductry would be advantageous.
